Cancellation Policy & Last Minute Changes

Welcome to our mobile espresso bar service! We're thrilled to be a part of your upcoming event. To ensure smooth planning and clear expectations, we've crafted a concise cancellation policy. While we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, our policy allows us to serve you and our community of clients effectively. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details below. We're committed to providing exceptional service and appreciate your understanding.

 
 

Compensation:
​For the services rendered by Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) as required by these terms, you are agreeing to provide compensation of a fixed amount as stated in the "Total" section above including sales tax (all prices are in CAD).
​The compensation will be processed automatically with your credit card on file a day after the service booking date.
​ By accepting this proposal you are also agreeing to pay any additional services that are not included in this proposal & were added later (with your approval).

​If the number of guests exceeds your booking request by 5 or more during the Latte Booth service, we will add a $195 adjustment fee, along with a $9 per additional guest fee, to your final invoice. Please note that Latte Booth (legal name: Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) reserves the right to decline guest adjustments during the service.

Travel Fees: If your service location takes place outside our home cities (downtown Toronto or downtown Vancouver), an extra travel fee will be added to your final invoice. These fees are designed to roughly account for expenses like staff travel time, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and more. You can view our complete travel fee list at www.lattebooth.com/travelfees.

Please note that Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) will not be held liable for any loss that results from not fulfilling any terms or conditions of these terms. If Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) is prevented or delayed from fulfilling in part or whole service due to war, riot, strike, and flood or by any other act or condition that is not within our control and which could not be prevented Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) will not be held liable.

Deposit:
​By booking our services you are agreeing to pay a deposit to secure the date of the event. The deposit is a charge to Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) for removing the date availability from other potential clients. You also agree to pay a deposit of 50% of the total estimated compensation charges (taxes included), which will be posted as a deposit line item on the final bill as such. The deposit charge is due on finalizing the booking of your event.
​The Remaining of the compensation is required up to one hour minimum before the service is provided.

In case you decide to cancel the service 61 days or more before the service date, you shall receive 50% of the total deposit for the canceled booking.
​In case you decide to cancel the service 60 days or less before the service date, then Latte Booth (Nitro Espresso Bar Corp.) will receive 100% of the deposit amount for the canceled event.
