Latte Booth started - like many great things do-over coffee. ✨
Two good friends who believed that great coffee has the power to bring people together, to pause time, and to turn everyday moments into something unforgettable.
From coffee-fueled conversations to building their first espresso cart by hand, they’ve turned that belief into a company that now serves thousands — one beautifully poured latte at a time.
Real Moments. Real Magic.

It was one of those golden hour evenings where everything feels a little softer. Candles flickered across long tables, music drifted in from the garden, and guests lingered just a little longer under the stars.
In the middle of it all: our espresso bar, quietly serving custom lattes with Ella & Daniel’s initials dusted in rose.
Ella had one request from the start—“I want it to feel romantic, but still fun. Like something you'd only see in a dream.”
We built a menu around her favorite drink: a rose-vanilla oat latte, floral and smooth. Naturally, it became the signature of the night. Guests returned for second rounds, snapped photos, and toasted the couple with espresso instead of champagne.
It wasn’t just coffee - it was part of the story.💗

The courtyard in Old Montreal was quiet that afternoon—warm light, soft chatter, and just enough breeze to carry the scent of the lilacs on the table.
Jasmine’s closest friends had gathered to celebrate her, not with games or decorations, but with warmth, intention, and the little things that made it feel personal. We set up a small espresso bar in the corner, nothing over the top—just thoughtful.
Her guests sipped raspberry rose oat lattes in soft pink cups, each one hand-lettered with their names. They lingered by the bar, talking in pairs, drifting into stories. At one point, her mom wiped away a tear without saying a word. Jasmine reached for her hand, smiled, and kept listening.
At the end of the day, each guest left with a small pouch of freshly roasted beans, tied with a silk ribbon and a tag that quietly read: “Spring 2024.”
There wasn’t a big moment. Just a quiet one. The kind that stays with you.

Noah didn’t want a big fuss for his 40th—but his friends had other plans.
They set up a backyard gathering by The Beaches, with string lights, playlists from their early 20s, and a surprise espresso bar tucked under a tree. He laughed when he saw the menu—his name at the top, and a drink called “The Overcaffeinated Leo”, custom-built in his honor (a flat white, of course, with a little cinnamon kick).
Throughout the night, guests printed birthday messages onto their lattes—some sweet, some ridiculous, all very him. There were toasts, quiet chats, and a lot of second rounds.
Before the night ended, Noah slid his cup sleeve into his back pocket and said, “I’m keeping this.”
It wasn’t a big party. It didn’t need to be. It felt like exactly the way turning 40 should.

Sofia didn’t want a traditional bridal shower. She wanted something that felt like her; relaxed, beautiful, and full of little moments that meant something.
So she gathered her closest friends under the trees at Sunset Beach Park on a soft spring afternoon. The air smelled like cherry blossom and sea salt. There were no games, no formal speeches. Just laughter, music, and espresso in the sunshine.
We served lavender infused affogatos; her favorite. Each one poured fresh, melting slowly over ice cream while her friends watched and smiled. Guests took turns ordering selfie lattes, squealing every time their faces appeared in the foam. It wasn’t about showing off - it was about capturing a moment. A little piece of joy.
At the end of the day, each guest went home with a personalized coffee kit wrapped in soft blush ribbon. Inside: beans Sofia had chosen herself, a handwritten note, and a quiet reminder of the kind of bride - and friend - she is.
It didn’t feel like an event.
It felt like a memory being made in real time. -
Mia had a vision - “Paris café meets picnic magic.” That’s all she told her maid of honor. And somehow, the afternoon turned out exactly like that.
Set beneath a canopy of trees in Hillhurst, the bridal shower felt effortless. Linen blankets, fresh croissants, soft music in the background. Our baristas set up near the garden path, serving crème brûlée lattes with golden sugar on top. Guests wandered over in small groups, greeting them by name - because we already knew their orders.
On the dessert table: printed selfie flower cookies of the bride and her friends, each one carefully packed up to take home.
Mia looked around midway through the event and said, “This is exactly what I imagined.” And somehow, it felt like everyone had known it all along.

Frank made espresso every morning without fail. Not just for himself - but for whoever was around. His wife, his kids, even the neighbor walking by. It was his quiet ritual, his way of showing love, and it never stopped—no matter how busy life got.
When he passed, his daughter Sarah didn’t want the funeral memorial to feel overly formal or distant. “I just want it to feel like him,” she told us. So she asked if we could be there—to serve coffee the way he did. Simple. Thoughtful. With intention.
We set up our sleek black mobile espresso bar in a quiet corner of the reception space. No signage. No branding. Just soft details and steady hands. Guests were welcomed with flat whites, cortados, and strong bold Italian espresso - Frank’s favorite.
The coffee wasn’t the centerpiece. It didn’t need to be. It was just there, respectfully present, gently warming the room.Someone smiled and said, “This feels like something Frank would’ve done himself.”
A few weeks later, Sarah reached out again. This time, for a celebration of life with the extended circle - more color, more energy, more of Frank’s people. We brought a larger bar, designed new signage with his name and favorite quote, and expanded the drink menu to match the moment.
Guests gathered around, raising lattes and telling stories. Laughing. Remembering. Connecting.
Because in the end, Frank wasn’t just the kind of man who made great coffee.
He was the kind of man who made space for people to slow down and share it.
