Yes, our mobile espresso bars simply need access to regular power outlets, just like the ones you’d use for a microwave or any other home appliance.
Essential & Essential+ Bar Editions – Require one standard 120V, 15-amp outlet.
Premium Double Bar Edition – Requires two separate standard outlets (2 x 120V, 15-amp outlets), as it includes two espresso machine setups for faster service.
To ensure smooth operation, these outlets should be dedicated to our setup (the lines/ breakers it’s connected to cannot be shared with any other appliances during service).
If power isn’t available at your venue, we offer an ultra-quiet generator as an additional service. Let us know your setup, and we’ll take care of the rest!

To avoid any last-minute issues, we typically factor in an extra 30-60 minutes when scheduling your booking. If your venue has specific setup constraints, let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly.

Our mobile coffee bars are on wheels and require flat access or elevator access to the setup location. If your venue has stairs or other obstacles, we offer the following solutions:
Ramp Assistance → In some cases, we can use our portable ramp to navigate stairs, but this depends on the specific layout and must be confirmed in advance.
Folding Coffee Setup → If flat access isn’t available, we can provide a folding coffee bar option that doesn’t require a wheeled setup.
Pre-Event Coordination → To avoid service interruptions, we require advance notice of any access restrictions so we can bring the right setup.
If your venue has stairs, narrow hallways, or other accessibility concerns, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure a smooth and seamless service experience.
