From Brick-and-Mortar to Boundless: Why We Went Fully Mobile

Some stories begin with expansion. Ours began with letting go.
When we opened Nitro Espresso Bar inside the KPMG building in Vaughan, it felt like a milestone.
A polished, professional space where we could serve beautiful coffee to a steady stream of guests who appreciated quality. But as the days passed, something started to shift.
The more we grew Latte Booth - the mobile side of our business - the more we saw where our real magic was happening: on-site, in the moment, face to face, in offices, weddings, and brand activations across the country. So after only 6 months we made a decision most wouldn’t expect; We closed our café! Not because it wasn’t working - but because we had a bigger vision.

Nitro Espresso Bar - Circa 2014

We turned all our energy toward Latte Booth, building out custom espresso bars, rethinking what coffee catering could be, and saying yes to every opportunity to bring craft coffee anywhere it was needed. Fast-forward a year, and that leap paid off.
Today, Latte Booth is Canada’s largest mobile espresso bar and coffee catering company, proudly serving clients in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and beyond.

We’ve launched signature bars like Legacy and Lux, collaborated with engineers and coffee roasters, and delivered unforgettable service to over 9,000 clients. And through it all, we’ve stayed rooted in the same values we poured into every cup at Nitro: connection, service, and craft.

Closing that café in Vaughan wasn’t a step back. It was the moment everything aligned.
If you visited Nitro Espresso Bar during those first six months—thank you. You helped shape the next chapter.
If you haven’t experienced what we’re building now, we hope to meet you soon. Wherever you are.

Craft Coffee, Anywhere.
